Job summary

Cityvarasto is seeking an experienced software developer to strengthen our development team. You will work on ERP systems, ecommerce and other digital services, delivering features and integrations while maintaining and improving our business-critical platforms.

The role blends backend ERP work with web development efforts, offering a diverse range of responsibilities and a close connection to business needs.

Job description

Cityvarasto is looking for an experienced and pragmatic software developer to strengthen our development team. You will work in a diverse environment combining business-critical ERP development, ecommerce, and other digital services. The team develops Cityvarasto and the group’s other business units’ digital services and systems, including PakuOvelle.com, Opiskelijamuutot and Ja-Ki Muutto.

The role focuses on ERP system development and maintenance, with additional work on ecommerce and online services.

• ERP development, maintenance and further development
• designing and implementing new features and integrations
• developing ecommerce and online services
• maintaining existing systems and troubleshooting
• working with databases and interfaces
• collaborating with business to identify needs and build effective solutions

Requirements include several years of practical software development experience and the ability to work independently with existing systems.

• C# and .NET / .NET Core
• SQL and relational databases
• REST APIs and system integrations
• Node.js
• React

A strong emphasis on .NET/C# as the ERP system is based on .NET.

Experience with ecommerce, ERP or other business-critical systems is a plus.
