Job summary

Innokas Medical Oy in Finland is seeking a SW Developer to strengthen our fullstack team with a frontend focus. You will build modern, user-centric interfaces for digital services, cloud-based solutions, and customer software systems, working with Flutter and JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.

Join a hybrid, office-based setup in Espoo or Kempele, collaborate with designers and customers, and grow toward senior or lead roles while delivering secure, accessible software.

We are looking for a SW Developer to strengthen our fullstack team in a role focused on frontend development.

Our projects are diverse and technically interesting: digital services, cloud-based solutions, and customer-specific software systems. We work with smart devices, data, and testing.

What you will do:

• Develop modern and user-centric frontend solutions
• Build high-quality user interfaces with modern frontend technologies
• Participate in the design of interfaces and overall solutions as needed
• Collaborate with customers, designers, and other experts
• Grow according to your expertise toward a senior or lead role

What we hope for:

• Experience in fullstack development with a focus on frontend
• Strong experience in Flutter development and understanding of modern frontend technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript and e.g., React, Angular, or Vue)
• Ability to implement high-quality user interfaces that are easy to use, accessible to all users, and function efficiently
• Basic understanding of backend development, interfaces, and data models
• Good collaboration and communication skills and fluent Finnish and English language skills

Considered an advantage:

• Deeper backend expertise (e.g., C#/.NET, Java, Python, or Node.js)
• Experience with cloud services, DevOps practices, or automated testing
• Expertise or interest in cybersecurity and secure software development
• Experience from industries with high quality or regulatory requirements
