Job summary

Lapland Luxury DMC is seeking a freelance Private Host to deliver highly personalized experiences for VIP guests in Finnish Lapland. You will act as the primary contact, anticipate needs, and manage smooth transitions between villas, activities, restaurants, and other destinations.

The role combines premium hospitality, hosting, transportation, coordination, and occasional chef assistance. Previous experience in luxury hospitality or guest services is an advantage; flexibility and discretion are

Qualifications

• Experience in premium hospitality, guest services, operations, or safari/activity companies is an advantage.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and manage diverse guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and host VIP guests, ensuring smooth experiences from start to finish.
• Safely transport guests between villas, activities, restaurants and other destinations.
• Coordinate transfers and activity schedules, assist with luggage and equipment.
• Monitor Arctic conditions and follow safety procedures, respond calmly to incidents.
• Adapt to roles as host, driver, guest liaison, coordinator or chef's assistant as needed.
