Job summary

Aalto University is seeking a Founder Sprint Coordinator to run and scale the Founder Sprint program. The role involves daily execution, participant experience, logistics, communications, and maintaining an operational rhythm for a high-growth startup-style initiative.

You will partner with the Founder Sprint Specialist and own end-to-end program activities, from recruitment to coherent program delivery. This growth role offers real ownership from day one and strong potential to advance within

Qualifications

Teamwork and open communication are a must.
Role requires physical presence most workdays.
Work and collaboration are in English; Finnish or Swedish a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the full recruitment funnel for each cohort: attracting applications, sourcing, scoring, interviews, selection, onboarding and building the system that runs it.
Build the tools that scale the program: application pipelines, scoring systems, AI-assisted ops, internal automations.
Run the weekly program rhythm: schedules, deadlines, deliverables, workshops, mentor sessions, feedback loops, and improve each cycle.
Be the face of Founder School in the ecosystem: events, pop-ups, student orgs, partnerships, ambassador work.
Connect participants to the people, capital, spaces, and next steps inside and outside Aalto.
Maintain high standards: intensity, quality, ambition, and care across the cohort experience.
Jump into other Founder School work when needed: Founder Talks, alumni, ecosystem projects, events.
