Job summary

Aalto University is seeking a Founder Sprint Coordinator for its Founder School in Espoo, Finland. In this role, you will own the recruitment funnel, manage logistics, and ensure participant experience for the Founder Sprint program.

Job Overview

Aalto University Founder School operates as a startup within the university, delivering results quickly and iterating. The Founder Sprint Coordinator will run daily execution, participant experience, logistics, communications, and operational rhythm for the flagship Founder Sprint program. The position is fixed‑term until 31 August 2027.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruitment funnel for each cohort — attract, source, score, interview, select, and onboard participants, while building the system that runs it.
• Build and ship scalable tools — application pipelines, scoring systems, AI‑assisted operations, and internal automations.
• Run the weekly program rhythm — manage schedules, deadlines, deliverables, workshops, mentor sessions, and feedback loops.
• Represent Founder School — events, pop‑ups, partnerships, ambassador work.
• Connect participants with people, capital, spaces, and next steps inside and outside Aalto.
• Maintain intensity, quality, ambition, and care across the full cohort experience.
• Participate in other Founder School projects as needed.

• Prior experience in startups, student entrepreneurship, events, communities, or program coordination is a plus.
• Fluent English; Finnish is a plus.
