Job summary

L’Oréal Finland Oy is seeking a Floor Manager for the daily cosmetics department in Oulu. You will lead daily cosmetics sales, oversee product presentation, report on external sales, and coordinate events and shift planning while delivering outstanding customer service and makeup services as a Beauty Advisor.

You will act as a brand ambassador, maintain a positive team atmosphere, and ensure high standards of service and brand presentation at the designated sales point.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics product knowledge and sales skills are required.
• Experience in leading a team and guiding departments is preferred.
• Customer-service mindset and ability to drive sales at a cosmetics counter is essential.
