Job summary

Lumene Group in Turku is seeking a Counter Beauty Advisor to manage daily counter operations at Sokos Wiklund and Stockmann Turku, delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving strong sales while ensuring our brands are visually represented.

The role involves hosting customer events, makeup services, and close collaboration with department store staff. Permanent, part-time position (10–37.5 hours per week) with flexible scheduling.

Do you want to combine your passion for beauty, exceptional customer service, and goal-oriented sales? We are looking for a Lumene Counter Beauty Advisor to join our team in Turku. In this versatile role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the beauty counter while delivering outstanding customer experiences at both Sokos Wiklund and Stockmann Turku.

As a Counter Beauty Advisor, you will take ownership of the daily operations of the counter, ensuring excellent customer experiences, strong sales results, and inspiring visual merchandising. You will work closely with department store personnel and internal stakeholders to drive performance and represent our brands at the highest level.

You will succeed in this role if you

• Have experience in cosmetics, skincare, or beauty sales.
• Enjoy active customer engagement and target-driven selling.
• Are proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented.
• Can build long-term customer relationships.
• Possess strong organizational skills.
• Are a confident and engaging presenter, comfortable hosting customer events, and beauty workshops, speaking to groups, demonstrating products, and providing makeup services.

The position is permanent and part-time, 10-37.5 hours per week. Working hours are scheduled according to department store opening hours.
