Job summary

SmartPulse Oy is seeking a Finnish-speaking Sales Development Representative to build qualified opportunities across Finland. You will identify decision-makers, initiate conversations, and book meetings to drive growth.

The role emphasizes self-drive, consistency, and the ability to work toward measurable targets, with a 100% commission-based compensation model. You will engage prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels while maintaining CRM accuracy and providing market

Qualifications

• Fluent Finnish and good English communication skills.
• Confidence when speaking with business owners/decision-makers.
• Experience in SDR, B2B sales or appointment-setting is a plus.
• Interest in technology, AI, automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers across Finland.
• Find business owners and key decision-makers within target companies.
• Conduct outbound prospecting by phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Respond to inbound interest and qualify potential customers.
• Book qualified sales meetings for the SmartPulse sales team.
• Keep lead and prospect information accurate in the CRM.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with the team.
