Holvi in Helsinki is seeking a Finnish-speaking Account Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to grow our Finnish customer base and drive revenue.

You will manage incoming sales leads, conduct proactive outbound outreach, and close upsell opportunities while collaborating with marketing, customer support, and product teams to align customer feedback with growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or account management.
• Excellent Finnish communication, spoken and written.
• Familiar with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus) and AI-assisted tools for insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage warm and cold sales leads, guiding them toward suitable Holvi plans.
• Identify and engage high-potential small businesses for upsell opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with high-potential customers and identify growth opportunities.
