Job summary

Lyko Finland is seeking a Content Manager to own our Finnish social media strategy, calendar, and influencer activity. You will lead content direction and collaborate with the local marketing team, Lyko Community, and external agencies to drive engagement.

You should have 2+ years in social media or related marketing, with hands-on Premiere Pro and CapCut skills, plus basic design knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma. Hybrid work with three days on-site is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media or related marketing role.
• Proven ability to plan and execute a content strategy and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage external agency partners producing organic, UGC, and influencer content across campaigns and always-on.
• Brief, coordinate, and follow up so the work actually ships.
• Own content direction and priorities - decide what gets made, what gets pushed and what waits.
• Choose influencer partners based on brand fit, values, relevance, and impact.
• Call the shots on operational priorities without requiring constant approval.
