Job summary

EG seeks a Creative Designer to join its Brand & Marketing team in Helsinki on a fixed-term parental leave cover. You will own end-to-end social media and product marketing content, from idea to publish, collaborating with freelancers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on production over strategy, with a portfolio showing published outputs and a passion for beauty and wellness brands. Hybrid work and real ownership from day one are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong creative writer and designer capabilities.
• Excellent visual composition with layouts in Figma/Canva/Adobe.
• Ability to ideate, script, shoot and edit short-form video content.
• Can shoot and edit video; experience with social media formats.
• Understanding of what performs on social media and how to hook audiences.
• Comfortable using AI tools in the creative process.
• Strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Passion for beauty and wellness space with startup mindset.
• Ability to translate ideas into high-quality publishable content.
• Portfolio demonstrating published output, not just training.

Responsibilities

• Produce new content and marketing assets from existing material.
• Visualize product features for website, social posts, newsletters (GIFs, lightweight animation).
• Ideate and publish Instagram content.
• Develop product marketing concepts and assets.
• Create/edit still images, graphics, videos, and light animations.
• Script social and marketing videos and scripts for shoots.
• Edit new videos and cuts from existing footage.
• Produce localized versions of print and video materials.
• Identify and reach out to influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Visit customer locations for shoots with a freelancer.
