Job summary

Trinnovo Group | B Corp™ is seeking a hands-on Team & Tech Lead to join a new Finland-based venture. You’ll build your own engineering team, set the technical direction, and stay close to the code while embedding AI into software development.

You’ll influence product strategy and work with international teams, Product, and UX to deliver a cohesive technical roadmap. The Finnish product is at pre-launch, offering early ownership and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams.
• Hands-on leadership with ability to own technical direction.
• Experience applying AI within software engineering to drive product outcomes.
• Strong architectural thinking and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build your engineering team from the ground up.
• Lead and develop engineers across initiatives.
• Own the technical direction and stay hands-on with code.
• Lead our AI transformation within software projects.
• Collaborate with international engineering teams.
• Partner with Product and UX to align roadmaps.
• Create consistency and quality across multiple teams.
• Travel to Hamburg as needed.
