Nordec Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead installation activities on demanding projects in Finland and Northern Europe. You will manage on-site teams and subcontractors, coordinate daily operations, and work closely with customers and project management to satisfy safety, quality, and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in site management, project management or a comparable leadership position within construction.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders in demanding project environments.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, site operations and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating on-site installation activities
• Managing site teams and subcontractors
• Ensuring quality, safety, cost control, schedule and productivity targets are achieved
• Acting as the main on-site contact towards customers and stakeholders
• Monitoring project progress and reporting to the Project Manager
• Resolving operational challenges and driving effective decision‑making in a dynamic project environment.
