Job summary

If Insurance is seeking an experienced Employee Communication Manager to join the Employee Communication team in Finland. The role focuses on coordinating, producing and tailoring internal messages for If's Finnish employees while supporting Nordic communication activities.

You will work from Espoo or Turku, start 26 October 2026, and cover a parental leave replacement until 1 August 2027. The position involves content planning, events, and advisory support across markets, collaborating closely

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in employee communications.
• Strong content planning and writing skills.
• Experience with intranet, films, screens and events.
• Excellent language skills; fluent in English and Finnish.
• Relevant university degree.
