Evotym is seeking a CEO for its Finland entity to lead growth in the fintech sector and shape strategic direction. You will oversee governance, drive expansion, and optimize financial health while engaging with regulators and partners.

The role requires deep EU regulatory understanding, cross-functional leadership, and fluency in English and Finnish to communicate with diverse stakeholders and navigate the FIN-FSA landscape.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in fintech/payments.
• Deep knowledge of EU regulatory landscape for e-money.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change.
• Proficiency in English and Finnish for stakeholder communication.
• Strong financial planning and analysis skills.
• Familiarity with digital payments and open banking in fintech.
• Experience in the fintech industry.
