Job summary

Winthrop Technologies is seeking an experienced OFCI (Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed) Project Manager for a major data centre project in Finland. The role involves overseeing the delivery and coordination of electrical equipment, serving as the main contact for clients and vendors, while ensuring all technical and quality standards are upheld.

Ideal candidates have over 8 years' experience in M&E contracting and are qualified Electrical Engineers. The position offers competitive salary packages and career growth in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience working with a M&E Contractor.
• Experience on large scale projects is essential.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, leadership and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery, coordination, and installation of client-supplied electrical equipment.
• Serve as primary point of contact between client, stakeholders, and OFCI vendors.
• Manage OFCI team to ensure Works are engineered, planned and installed in accordance with project requirements.
