Job summary

Ward Personnel is seeking a Site Manager to lead interior fit-out projects in Finland and the Netherlands. The role focuses on safely delivering works in controlled environments, on schedule and within budget, while upholding the highest quality standards.

You will manage safety, training for operatives and subcontractors, and ensure rigorous compliance with project requirements. The position requires proven site leadership and strong experience in data centre or similar controlled environments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in site management.
• Data centre, industrial or controlled-environment construction experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out projects.
• Understanding of construction methods, best practices, technologies and materials.
• Experience in measurement and valuation.
• Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interior fit-out works safely on time and within budget.
• Lead safety leadership and ensure compliance.
• Oversee subcontractors and verify planning and resources.
• Assure quality by inspecting against drawings and specs.
• Develop and implement environmental management plans.
