Job summary

Jobtailor in Helsinki seeks a capable Site Supervisor to lead and coordinate site engineers on demanding construction, infrastructure, and data center projects. You will ensure work progresses according to plans, quality standards, and contractual requirements.

You will be the main client contact for supervision matters, coordinate collaboration among clients, contractors, designers and project management, and monitor progress, safety, and reporting.

Qualifications

Must have a technical degree and experience supervising site operations.
Experience in construction, industrial, infrastructure, or data center projects.
Excellent English skills; Finnish language is a plus.
Ability to interpret drawings, plans, and project documentation.

Lead and coordinate Site Engineers across technically demanding projects.
Ensure work progresses according to approved plans, quality standards, contractual requirements.

Implement client agreements in daily operations.
Monitor progress and review work phases and installations.
Interpret technical documentation.
Ensure quality issues and deviations are addressed appropriately.
Remain closely involved in on-site supervision activities.
Travel regularly to project sites, mainly in Southern Finland.

Requirements

Experienced site supervision professional
Background in demanding construction, industrial, infrastructure, or data center projects
Experience coordinating people, resources, and activities in technical site environments
Relevant technical degree
Solid understanding of site operations and quality management
Ability to interpret drawings, plans, and project documentation
Excellent English skills required
Finnish language skills considered an advantage
Valid driving licence
Willingness to work regularly at project sites
Familiarity with Dalux, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or FIDIC contracts beneficial but not essential
Proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership
