Responsibilities

• Act as system owner and lead architect for Wolt’s finance systems landscape, centered around NetSuite.
• Define and drive architecture and development roadmap for scalability across markets.
• Design end-to-end solutions including integrations, data flows, and system structure.
• Analyze and improve system performance and process efficiency in finance ops.
• Lead customizations, scripts, and workflows to meet business and compliance needs.
• Coordinate development, maintenance and support with internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to translate challenges into scalable solutions.
• Identify automation opportunities and leverage AI where relevant.
• Ensure governance, documentation, and best practices across the landscape.
• Support testing, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
