Job summary

Qualifications

• Holds a university degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Has approximately 6-7 years of relevant experience within Finance, FP&A, Business Controlling or Performance Management.
• Communicates fluently in English, both written and spoken.
• Is proficient in SAP, Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities and turns data into clear business recommendations.
• Builds trusted stakeholder relationships and influences through fact-based dialogue.
• Combines analytical thinking with a practical focus on achieving results.
• Remains organized and effective when managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance Director and Senior Finance Manager on strategic initiatives, pricing and business analyses.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
• Drive forecasting and month-end processes, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Drive reporting, KPI management and continuous process improvements.
• Analyze performance deviations and continuously improve planning and reporting processes.
• Lead performance dialogues and challenge stakeholders through fact-based analyses.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
