Job summary

DAMAC Digital in Helsinki is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to build a scalable finance function for a fast-growing data center business. You will report to the Director of Finance and drive accounting, financial control and management reporting, with opportunities to develop in project finance, FP&A, ERP implementation and finance transformation.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in a CAPEX-heavy, construction, infrastructure, real estate, data center or other project-based environments.
• Strong experience in accounting, financial control and management reporting.
• Good knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
• Experience with lease accounting, project accounting or assets under construction is highly valued.
• Experience with ERP implementation or finance transformation is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, financial control and management reporting for a growing data center business.
• Collaborate with the Director of Finance to shape a scalable finance function and drive transformation initiatives (ERP, FP&A, project finance).
• Provide mentorship and support in a busy, diversified work environment.
