Job summary

DAMAC Digital in Helsinki, Finland is hiring a Finance Assistant to support the data center finance team. You will manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, handling invoices, approvals, payments, and collections while maintaining accurate records.

You will collaborate with Group Finance in Dubai, liaise with external accountants, project teams and suppliers, assist month-end close and forecasts, and help develop scalable P2P/O2C processes with mentorship to grow your career.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations, including invoices, approvals, payments, billing and collections.
• Coordinate with Group Finance at the head office in Dubai and liaise with external accountants.
• Ensure proper maintenance of payment documentation, reconciliations and finance records.
• Support month-end close, reporting and project cost tracking and cash flow forecasting.
• Assist in developing P2P/O2C processes, ERP implementations and internal controls.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to build a scalable finance function.

DAMAC Digital are currently searching for a Finance Assistant to join our data center team based in Helsinki, Finland.

In this role, you will:

• - Be responsible for managing the day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations, including invoices, approvals, payments, billing and collections
• - You will coordinate with Group Finance at our head office in Dubai, liaise with external accountants, project teams and suppliers and will ensure timely and accurate processing.
• - Ensure proper maintenance of payment documentation, reconciliations and finance records, supporting month-end close and reporting.
• - Support project cost tracking, budget monitoring and cash flow forecasting.
• - Support the development of P2P/O2C processes, ERP implementation and finance controls.
• - Identify process improvements and automation opportunities, helping build a scalable finance function.
