Pro-Tot Oy in Finland is seeking a Finance and Human Resources Manager for a permanent, full-time role. The position may be located in Pieksämäki, Kuopio or Mikkeli, with a hybrid work arrangement.
You will strengthen financial steering, reporting and forecasting, coordinate budgeting and management reporting, and drive HR processes, recruiting and internal communications in close collaboration with the CEO, Business Line leaders and management team.

We are recruiting for a Finance and Human Resources Manager as a permanent, full-time position directly to Pro-Tot. The role may be located in Pieksämäki, Kuopio or Mikkeli, with a possibility for hybrid work.
In this role you will strengthen financial steering, reporting and business monitoring. You will be responsible for financial reporting, metrics and forecasting, coordinating budgeting and management reporting, and identifying development actions that support the business. More than just producing reports, you will work close to the business and help management make better decisions.
To succeed you need strong financial and business thinking along with an understanding of people, leadership and growing organizations. Good collaboration, communication and teamwork skills are essential.
