Job summary

HR Satama Finland Oy is seeking a finance administrator to join a flexible, hybrid role in the Seinäjoki region. You will handle accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, and daily financial routines while coordinating with internal teams and outsourced partners.

Job description

We are a contract manufacturer in the metal industry whose core operations combine traditional machine shop manufacturing with modern production technologies. Production options are tailored to customers’ needs, enabling versatile and flexible service packages. The company operates in four locations across Finland and collaborates with domestic and international companies. In this role you will become part of a growing, international operating environment.

You will be responsible for internal financial administration tasks, acting as an important contact person for outsourced financial administration partners, and you will influence your own work description based on your skills and interests. You will handle, among other things: accounts payable and accounts receivable, cash flow and daily financial administration routines, coordination of internal financial administration entities, collaboration with outsourced payroll and bookkeeping, and ensuring smooth financial administration processes and development.

We use an automated Monitor ERP system. The ideal candidate is systematic and independent, capable of understanding the full financial picture and keeping daily financial administration under control. Experience may come from an accounting firm or from internal financial administration tasks within a company. We value a practical working approach and the ability to work smoothly with both internal and external stakeholders.

The location can be flexible around Finland, and the role does not require constant presence at any office. However, we hope you live within reasonable distance of one of our offices – especially in the Virrat, Seinäjoki, Akaa area.

WHAT WE OFFER:
