Job summary

You will own the end-to-end program lifecycle, drive governance, and partner with executives to realize benefits while growing consulting opportunities for the firm.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive IT program management experience.
• Minimum 5+ years with a top-tier IT service provider.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-year IT programs for external enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage C-suite level client and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead executive steering committees and business reviews, aligning with client priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end program lifecycle from presales to final delivery and benefits realization.
• Drive governance, risk, and issue management with a no-surprises approach.
• Translate complex IT programs into business value and ROI.
