Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT with 8-10 years in program/delivery leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale Cloud Migration and Digital Transformation.
• Experience with multi-vendor, multi-workstream delivery.
• Strong governance, financial management and delivery assurance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute program strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Lead cloud migration programs from inception to completion.
• Drive transformation outcomes including platform modernization and automation.
• Manage portfolios, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Establish governance and drive compliance with standards.
• Build relationships with executives, customers, partners and vendors.
• Drive delivery excellence using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid models.
• Own program financials including budgeting and revenue management.
• Monitor revenue, margins, and operational efficiency metrics.
