Job summary

Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) Finland seeks an Executive Partner to manage 28+ member relationships and deliver customized ExP service plans. You will lead on-site and virtual briefings, workshops, and events, partnering with Gartner's Sales to secure engagement and renewals.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of CXO-level technology leadership, expertise in AI, digital transformation, and cloud, and a proven track record in large end-to-end programs across diverse sectors.

Qualifications

• CxO-level with 15+ years of tech leadership in AI, digital transformation, and cloud.
• Industry background across public sector and diverse sectors.
• Led large end-to-end transformative programs and initiatives.
• Deep CIO priorities and IT operations insights to drive outcomes.
• Sales or BD with CXO-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships.
• Create service solutions for clients using ExP products.
• Define and deliver innovative MCP-based service plans.
• Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, workshops, research visits, roundtables and webinars.
• Present or facilitate at ExP events where relevant.
• Collaborate with Gartner’s Sales to ensure member engagement and renewals.
