Job summary

McKinsey & Company’s Orphoz team in Helsinki seeks a senior transformation leader to drive digital, AI, and operational-excellence programs across client organizations, partnering with senior executives to deliver measurable bottom-line impact.

You will coach and align cross-functional teams, establish governance and performance tracking, and help grow the Nordic Delivery group while embedding lasting changes within client operating models.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of transformation-led experience in consulting, implementation, or delivery.
• Proven leadership of large-scale digital and AI transformations.
• Consulting experience is highly preferred; sector exposure in financial services, industrial, or telecom.
