GE HealthCare is seeking an Executive Lean Leader to drive enterprise-wide Lean transformation within the Heartbeat Office. You will align the Heartbeat Business System with GE HealthCare's 2030 goals across regions and functions.

You will champion Lean change, coach leaders, co-lead operating rhythms, and deploy training while embedding standard work, daily management, and problem solving. Expect to influence EBITDA/FCF and lead strategic improvement initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years in general management or Lean/operational leadership.
• 10+ years building Lean capability; regulated-industry knowledge.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools and global Lean deployment.
• Excellent facilitation, program management, and executive communication.
• Travel up to 40% across Europe and beyond.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Lean leadership across regions, segments, and functions.
• Co-lead operating rhythms, strategy, and priority planning with leaders.
• Support Heartbeat Business System deployment, bootcamps, and training.
• Drive continuous improvement via Hoshin Kanri, Kaizen, and problem solving.
• Develop capability and manage organizational change to sustain Lean practices.
