Veikkaus Oy is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager, Europe, for a permanent, full-time role based in Helsinki with hybrid flexibility. You will develop, lead and grow our customers' business across Europe, identifying opportunities, setting targets, and ensuring strong collaboration between customers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates bring international CSM experience, strong English and additional languages, and a solid understanding of gambling-related business, including renewals,

Formación

• CSM/KAM experience, international scope preferred.
• Experience with multiple European markets, cultures and languages.
• Excellent prospecting, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong business sense and creative problem solving.
• Active listening and solution finding abilities.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills; calm under pressure.
• Self-motivated, patient and a strong team player.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with customers across Europe as main contact.
• Lead regular check-ins and business reviews to maximize value.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing base.
• Drive renewals and minimize churn while ensuring profitability.
• Coordinate with support and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Represent customer voice to product and development teams.
• Track account health and KPIs; prepare status reports for clients.
