Wolt License Services (WLS) seeks a Localisation Specialist to serve as the local market SME for merchant onboarding and CDD across designated EEA markets. This role collaborates with Sales, Merchant Operations, Compliance and Financial Crime Prevention teams to ensure compliant onboarding and monitoring.

You will help document local requirements, contribute to training materials, and assist in identifying regulatory developments that affect CDD processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in CDD, KYC/KYB, AML compliance, merchant onboarding or related areas.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Act as the local SME for merchant onboarding and CDD in designated EEA markets.
• Guide onboarding teams on CDD requirements, documentation, and decisions.
• Develop and maintain onboarding guidance, procedures, playbooks and training materials.
