Nordea is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to drive target architectures for Retail Products & Core services within Group Technology. You will collaborate with business and technology counterparts to shape roadmaps and guide strategic architectural decisions.

You’ll join a team of seasoned architects and act as a sparring partner for large-scale initiatives, balancing governance, data modelling, integration patterns, API design and secure, compliant solutions across Finland or Poland.

Formación

• Proven expertise within enterprise architecture and high level solution design.
• Ideally strong understanding of the financial sector.
• You probably have a Bachelor or a Master in computer science, engineering or similar combined with several years of experience working with architecture disciplines.

Responsabilidades

• Develop target and transition architectures to drive enterprise architecture forward and support business strategy.
• Join domain leadership teams with business and technology counterparts.
• Build a collaborative space with solution architects and lead developers to ensure governance is part of how we build solutions.
• Guide and review high level solution designs ensuring alignment with target architectures and reference architectures.
• Provide leadership to delivery teams and act as sparring partner on architecture, data modelling, integration, API design, data solutions and governance.
• Join project steering committees and governance forums to ensure architectural direction.
