Job summary

SEB in Finland seeks a Senior Domain Architect to shape Tech Trading architecture and enable secure, scalable transformation. You will lead a team of Solution Architects and collaborate with executives, regulators, and engineering teams.

You will translate business and regulatory priorities into actionable architectural decisions, drive modernization, and ensure resilience. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on governance within a tech trading environment.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in architecture for business-critical environments.
Deep knowledge of FX, Fixed Income, Commodities and Equities.
Ability to transform stakeholder needs into architecture decisions.
Proven track record in guiding modernization while preserving resilience.
Strong communication and leadership across management to engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Define, drive and continuously improve the Tech Trading target architecture and roadmap.
Translate priorities into decisions across products, platforms and architecture.
Drive modernization, integration and simplification while ensuring security and continuity.
Lead architecture governance and portfolio-level dialogue.
Contribute to SEB’s architecture community and enterprise architecture development.
