Job summary

One Click LCA Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of about 10 engineers, combining people leadership with hands-on technical ownership and making AI central to how the team works.

You will own the technical direction across React frontend and C#/.NET backend, stay close to the code, and collaborate with Product and Design to turn the roadmap into software that helps customers make sustainability decisions.

Qualifications

7+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership of engineers
Strong hands-on expertise in C#/.NET and React
Proven experience using AI coding tools in a professional setting
Experience balancing people management with technical leadership
Ability to foster ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Drive AI-first engineering across the development lifecycle
Lead and coach engineers with regular 1:1s and feedback
Own technical direction across React frontend and C#/.NET backend
Stay hands-on with code reviews, design work and prototyping
Plan and prioritize work to align with product roadmap and balance tech debt
Collaborate with Product, Design, and domain experts to shape AI-powered features
Raise the bar on testing, CI/CD, code quality, and responsible AI usage
