Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Tampere is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Real Estate Systems team and guide a cross-functional group of software engineers working on a market-leading SaaS platform used by real estate professionals in Finland.

You will blend people leadership with hands-on technical direction, focusing on cloud-native architecture, AI-enabled features and modern development processes. A strong emphasis on delivery, quality and long-term sustainability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software development teams as an Engineering Manager, Team Lead or similar.
• Strong understanding of modern web application development.
• Experience working with SaaS products and cloud platforms.

We are exclusively supporting a leading Finnish digital product company in the search for an Engineering Manager to join their Real Estate Systems team in Tampere.

This is an opportunity to lead the team behind a market-leading SaaS platform used daily by real estate professionals across Finland. With significant investment in platform modernisation, cloud technologies and AI-driven product development, you'll play a key role in shaping both the technology and the future direction of the product.

As Engineering Manager, you will lead a cross-functional software development team responsible for a business-critical platform at the heart of the real estate industry.

This is a hands-on leadership role, combining people management, technical leadership and close collaboration with product stakeholders.
