This 50/50 role balances people management with hands-on development in .NET and React, aligning with product management to deliver the roadmap and modernize applications.

You will mentor engineers, guide architecture for new apps, maintain legacy PHP apps, and ensure high-quality, scalable software delivery using CI/CD and cloud-based practices.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
• Proficient in .NET and React.
• Experience with AWS and SQL Server.
• Strong mentoring and team development abilities.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities
