Job summary

Inexchange AB, based in Helsinki, Finland, is building a unified European powerhouse in e-invoicing and automated finance. We are hiring two Engineering Managers to lead our R&D teams and drive global initiatives.

The role emphasizes supporting delivery with a strong AI-native SDLC mindset and cross-location leadership in a hybrid setup. You will mentor 8–12 engineers, shape the R&D organisation, and collaborate with product management on discovery and delivery.

The regulatory landscape (ViDA, Peppol, and national mandates) is changing faster than ever. For us, this isn't a compliance burden - it's one of the biggest opportunities of the decade, and our R&D department sits right at the heart of it.

At Inexchange, we have well over 250 colleagues across the Nordics and are happy to welcome more. We are looking for two Engineering Managers to join our team and to lead our R&D teams to support global B2B e-invoicing.

Your impact and responsibilities in this role

As an Engineering Manager at Inexchange, you report to one of the Engineering Directors and will be responsible for around 8-12 engineers. This includes performance, development and day-to-day leadership.

• Product & Delivery: Own outcomes and delivery of products and align with product management on product discovery
• People: Lead and shape multiple teams across our locations in a remote/hybrid setup
• Talent & Development: Coach and make development plans for all team members

Who you are and what you bring to the role

• Experience: Seasoned Manager with several years of experience in leading remote R&D teams
• Background: Not afraid to shape and lead the future of your team and R&D organisation through your extensive technical background
• AI Native SDLC: Have first hand experience with AI in the context of SW development
