Normet Group is seeking an Engineering Change Coordinator to manage and control engineering changes from BOMs to the production floor across global operations. The role collaborates with the Equipment Engineering team, Product Line Management, Sourcing, Production, Quality and Service functions, reporting to the Director, Global Engineering and Prototype Production.
Based in Iisalmi, Finland, part-time on-site presence is expected initially (2–3 days/week). The candidate should have a B.Sc.

We are looking for an Engineering Change Coordinator to coordinate and control engineering changes to key components, ensuring timely and accurate implementation from the engineering bill of material (BOM) to the production floor. In this role, you will work closely with the Equipment Engineering team and Product Line Management, and collaborate with Sourcing, suppliers, Production, Quality and Service functions globally. You will report to the Director, Global Engineering and Prototype Production. The role is based in Iisalmi, Finland, but does not require full-time presence at the manufacturing site. At the start, we expect the role to involve working from Iisalmi on average 2–3 days per week.
