Job summary

Verda seeks a senior field marketer to own the EMEA go-to-market motion end to end, from strategy through execution. This role offers high autonomy and impact, defining the regional plan, running programs, and driving pipeline contributions across diverse markets.

You will collaborate with EMEA sales leadership, co-owning account priorities and shaping joint go-to-market plans, while making marketing investments that move revenue.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in field marketing, regional marketing, or demand generation in enterprise B2B technology.
• Proven ability to define and own a regional marketing strategy, not just execute against one.
• Track record of building peer-level relationships with sales leadership and influencing planning.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the EMEA field marketing strategy and pipeline-focused regional plan.
• Build and run an integrated regional marketing calendar including events, ABM, and demand gen.
• Plan and execute regional events end-to-end—roundtables, roadshows, conferences, webinars.
• Run ABM programs against priority accounts with multi-channel activation.
• Partner with Sales on account selection and activation; align on campaign promotion and post-event follow-up.
• Execute integrated demand generation across digital, events, email, and third-party channels; localize campaigns for EMEA.
