Verda, a Helsinki-based full-stack AI infrastructure company, seeks a Transaction Associate/Manager (Debt Financing) to join the finance team. You will work on multi-billion dollar debt programs, building models, and coordinating with senior leadership on term sheets and diligences.

You'll collaborate with Legal, Treasury, and FP&A to align financing structures with business needs, manage multiple workstreams in a high-growth environment, and contribute to scaling Europe's leading AI

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in finance-focused roles or investment banking
• Experience with debt financing and term sheets
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain models for financing structures
• Prepare internal and investor materials
• Support term sheet negotiations
• Coordinate with Legal, Treasury, FP&A
• Drive due diligence and deal closing
