About this opportunity
As an Electrical Supervisor (Owner’s Representative) you will ensure all the electrical installation works are delivered in accordance with the design, specifications, and client requirements. You will work closely with the main contractor, electrical subcontractors, and the wider project team to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Location: Lahti.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of project objectives.
- Delivering high-quality services, ensuring that services meet our customers’ requirements.
- Supervising all on-site electrical works, including power distribution, UPS systems, generators, switchgear, cabling, and related electrical installations.
- Monitoring electrical installations to ensure full compliance with design drawings, specifications, and relevant standards.
- Acting as the primary point of contact between the client (owner) and contractors for all electrical matters.
- Reviewing and commenting on method statements, material submissions, and technical queries.
- Identifying and helping resolve technical challenges and coordination issues on time.
- Conducting regular inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets the required standards.
- Ensuring all electrical installations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Supporting the commissioning and testing process for electrical systems.
- Maintaining accurate records of site progress, inspections, and non-conformances.
- Providing regular progress reports to the Project Manager and client team.

Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in electrical supervision on-site working on hyperscale or mission-critical data centre projects.
- In‑depth knowledge of power distribution, UPS, generators, and electrical systems typical in data centre environments.
- Excellent understanding of quality control, commissioning processes, and safety standards.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of industry standards.
- Sound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Eligible to work in the EU.
- Experience working in the Nordics is desirable.
- Professional level of English.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
