Job summary

Gleeds is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor (Owner’s Representative) in Lahti, Finland. In this role, you will oversee electrical installations to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

You will support project delivery and act as the primary contact between the client and contractors. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of relevant experience in data centre projects and is proficient in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in electrical supervision on-site working on hyperscale or mission-critical data centre projects.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Eligible to work in the EU.

Responsibilities

• Supervising all on-site electrical works, including power distribution and UPS systems.
• Monitoring electrical installations for compliance with standards.
• Providing regular progress reports to the Project Manager and client team.
