Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Finland is seeking an Electrical Lead for our Data Centre team in Oulu. You will lead large-scale hyperscale data centre projects from feasibility through completion, collaborating with clients, contractors and design teams.

The role requires a university degree in electrical/construction, 12+ years in construction, on-site availability and a track record on mission-critical projects. You will shape strategies, budgets and governance to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Qualifications

• University Degree in an electrical / constructionrelated field.
• Minimum 12 years’ work experience in construction, includingexperience in large scale mission criticalprojects
• Track record of delivering the construction of hyperscale Data Centre projects ideally from inception to completion
• Experience of master planning/strategic estate development and capital project planning for business case compilation is desirable
• Demonstrable experience in client-facing roles at all levels
• Good knowledge of construction industry and Data Centre sector themes
• Good knowledge of project lifecycle and business case approvals process
• Availability for on-site work

• Providing thought leadership and insights on the latest trends and innovations in theData Centre real estate sector
