DayOne Data Centers Singapore PTE. LTD. in Lahti, Finland, seeks an Electrical Engineering Manager to oversee the electrical infrastructure of our hyperscale data centers.

Lead a team of engineers and technicians, ensure 24/7 operation, safety, and compliance while delivering robust power systems. You will manage design, installation, operation, maintenance of electrical systems, including PDU, UPS, generators, switchgear; coordinate maintenance, work with vendors, and drive strategic

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
7–10 years in electrical engineering with 3–5 years in management.
Experience in data centers or critical infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of power distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear.
Proven ability to lead teams in 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee design, installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems in data centers.
Lead and mentor electrical engineers and technicians for 24/7 operations.
Plan preventative and corrective maintenance and coordinate with vendors.
Ensure electrical safety policies and regulatory compliance.
Support strategic initiatives to improve system performance and cost efficiency.
