Job summary

DayOne is building its flagship hyperscale data center campus in Lahti, Finland. We seek an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team across design, installation, operation, and maintenance of critical electrical systems for 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading technical teams in data centres or critical infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of electrical infrastructure including power distribution, UPS, generators and switchgear.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, installation, operation and maintenance of electrical systems in data centres.
• Lead and develop a team of electrical engineers and technicians for 24/7 coverage.
• Ensure safety policies and compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
