Camino Search is seeking a Director of Accounting for a PE-backed, international software business in Helsinki. You will lead the group accounting function, own IFRS 15 for subscription revenue, and drive cash flow performance while leading finance transformation.

You will manage consolidation, reporting, and automation initiatives, mentor the team, and partner closely with the CFO, auditors and investors to ensure robust financial controls and timely disclosures.

Formación

• Experience in group accounting or controllership, ideally PE-backed.
• Strong IFRS and consolidation background, with IFRS 15 in a subscription or recurring revenue business.
• Hands-on approach to cash flow and invoicing/DSO management.
• Experience of finance systems change and automation.
• Proven people leader, at pace and able to develop a team.
