Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in pricing, commercial excellence, availability management, offering management, or related business functions.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management in a global environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Office, Power BI, and data analytics skills.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce and M3 experience is considered an asset).
• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of pricing, availability, and offering management professionals.
• Drive global pricing and availability strategies to grow profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Lead pricing governance, analytics, and performance management.
• Own end-to-end processes for pricing, offering management, lead time management, and availability planning.
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to achieve business objectives.
• Develop analytics, reporting, and tools including Salesforce and Power BI.
• Be business owner for key commercial systems, aligning requirements with technology.
