Job summary

Deloitte Finance is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic, international financial administration in Helsinki. You will support Business Unit leaders with financial insights, drive budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to weekly/monthly management reporting.

The role is permanent, full-time with a hybrid work model and on-site at our Ruoholahti office. Requires master’s in Finance/Accounting, 5+ years’ experience, and fluency in English and Finnish.

Responsibilities

• Finance business partner for one of our Business Units: supporting, challenging and sparring BU leaders in interpreting numbers and KPI analysis.
• Own, drive and develop budgeting and forecasting with deep collaboration towards the BU.
• Collaborate with Deloitte Nordic organizations and delivery centers to support financial operations and reporting.

Job Description Would you like to work in a dynamic and international financial administration in one of the world's leading expert organizations? We are now looking for a Finance Business Partner to join Deloitte Finance team. In this role You will support Business Unit stakeholders in financials as a strong business controlling, sparring partner, who gives insights into decision making and support in strategic decisions through financial analyses. This is a permanent and full-time position, with preferred start date as soon as possible. The Finance team plays a key role in supporting our business and is responsible for producing reports and analyses to support management's decision-making, in addition to daily finance operations such as accounting, payment transactions and purchase and sales invoice processes. The Finance Business Partner team is responsible for e.g. weekly and monthly management reporting, budgeting & forecasting, supporting in profitability and efficient management of engagement-related tasks. Tasks

Finance business partner for one of our Business Units: Supporting, challenging and sparring the Business Unit leaders in interpreting numbers including weekly, monthly reporting Monitoring and analysing of key business KPIs (actual vs. plan) Owning, driving and developing budgeting and forecasting process with deep collaboration towards the Business Unit Participating in Finance team's possible development projects (we have newly adopted new ERP system in use) Collaboration with Deloitte Nordic organizations as well as delivery centers positioned in India Other ad-hoc responsibilities.
