Job summary

Orion Corporation is seeking two senior Digital Quality System leaders for Espoo or Turku, Finland, with hybrid work arrangement. The roles cover leadership and hands-on development of digital quality systems used in Quality Management, with strong emphasis on regulatory alignment, usability, data quality and automation.

You will collaborate across QM, Information Management, system owners and vendors to translate needs into practical enhancements, influence priorities, and drive lifecycle

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience with digital business systems, preferably quality management systems or other regulated systems.
• Experience in system development, implementation, testing, validation support, change management or lifecycle management in a GxP or regulated environment.
• Ability to translate business, user and process requirements into practical system solutions and prioritised development actions.
• A structured, hands-on and improvement-oriented approach, with the ability to resolve issues and deliver concrete outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Work proactively with stakeholders and users to understand business needs, pain points and improvement priorities.
• Translate user needs, quality process requirements and regulatory expectations into practical system functionalities and improvements.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve usability, data quality, automation, AI-enabled support, reporting and overall system performance.
• Lead, coordinate and contribute hands-on to system development, implementation and continuous improvement activities.
• Oversee system lifecycle activities including requirement definition, testing, validation support, change requests, release coordination and issue resolution.
• Ensure deliverables are compliant, well-documented and user-oriented.
• Support adoption through communication, training and structured user support.
• Create and maintain system documentation and user guidance.
• Drive cross-functional decision-making to deliver digital quality system initiatives.
