Job summary

Qt Group Oyj seeks a Senior ICT Specialist, Security to manage core security controls, drive the ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS, and translate regulatory changes into concrete actions. This hands-on senior role works with IT Operations, R&D, Legal, and external auditors in a hybrid setting based in Espoo or Oulu, Finland.

You will lead vulnerability management, incident response, and cloud security across AWS and Microsoft environments, while collaborating with vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on information or cyber security experience
• Ideally in corporate IT or multi-site tech company
• Strong knowledge across security operations, ISMS/27001, cloud security, vulnerability and incident management, vendor security

Responsibilities

• Operate core security controls: endpoint protection, IAM, SIEM tooling
• Lead vulnerability management and incident response post-incident reviews
• Maintain ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS, policies, risk assessments, and applicability
• Secure cloud environments (AWS, Microsoft), coordinate with IT vendors
• Track regulatory changes (CRA, NIS2, GDPR) and translate into action
